Rape Case On Holi

Holi has come early for the men and women who live on the island of Sandeshkhali in Bengal's North 24 Parganas, after news Thurday of the arrest of Trinamool Congress strongman Sheikh Shahjahan.

A girl alleged that she was raped by a man in South Delhi on Monday, police said. A case has been registered against an unidentified man in the incident that happened during the festival of Holi, they said.

Two unidentified youths allegedly raped a married woman near here in Central Maharashtra, police sources said on Tuesday.The incident took place in Pachegaon Sadkech Tanda of Georai tehsil during Holi. A case was registered against the two on a complaint lodged by the victim's husband, they said.
