UP's scrap gangster Ravi Nagar alias Ravi Kana and his girlfriend Kajal Jha, who were held earlier this week in Thailand, have been taken into custody by the Greater Noida police after their deportation to India, officials said on Saturday.

Scrap metal mafia Ravi Kana and his girlfriend Kajal Jha have been arrested in Thailand, official sources said on Tuesday. Kana, a gangster from western Uttar Pradesh, was wanted in multiple cases by the Noida Police.

The J P Nagar police arrested a gang of six on Sunday minutes before they were about to kill a family. The arrested have been identified as Rajendra Kumar (32), Lingamurthy (27), Ravi (38), Vasanthi (28), A V Saravana Kumar (41) and Ramesh (29). The cops also recovered weapons from their custody.
