Congress leader Shashi Tharoor has been charged with abetting suicide, four years after his wife Sunanda Pushkar was found dead in her room at a five-star hotel in Delhi. Mr Tharoor, a parliamentarian from Kerala, has also been accused of cruelty in his marriage by a police chargesheet submitted in a Delhi court today.
