After an overnight march in Delhi, farmers have called-off their protest after reaching Kisan Ghat, the memorial of Chaudhary Charan Singh, news agency IANS reported. They were allowed to enter the national capital late in the night after police unsealed the border between Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.

The Army man, accused of raping a 19-year-old student in Haryana along with others, has been arrested, the police said. Another person who was allegedly involved in the gang-rape has also been arrested from Satnali in Mahendragarh district.

Eleven members of a family were found dead at their home in north Delhi's Burari this morning. Ten of the victims were hanging from an iron grill ceiling and the body of an elderly woman was found lying on the floor, police said. Most of them were blindfolded with their hands tied behind their backs.
