Richard Loitam case: Murder and culpable homicide ruled out, says report

The police have ruled out murder and culpable homicide as the reason of death of Bangalore student Richard Loitam. The 19-year-old was found dead in his hostel room last month. The police say the cause of Mr Loitam's death remains undetermined.
