Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today said that they have reached a consensus with the protesting doctors over the Right to Health bill.

Talks between striking doctors and the Rajasthan government over the protest against the Right to Health Bill remained inconclusive on Monday.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Saturday alleged that a "lobby" associated with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was inciting and misguiding private doctors agitating against Right to Health Bill in the state while patients are suffering.

Congress leader Sachin Pilot on Thursday said that doctors protesting against the Right to health bill and the Rajasthan Government should hold discussions and find a common ground so that health services in the state are not affected.

Many patients are suffering in silence in parts of Rajasthan due to a strike by private doctors against the Right to Health Bill, claiming the execution of this legislation will create hurdles in their smooth functioning.
