Ironheart — Marvel Cinematic Universe series — has tapped Brown Girls co-creator Sam Bailey and Blindspotting helmer Angela Barnes as directors. Black Panther director Ryan Coogler will serve as executive producer on Ironheart. Ironheart/ Riri Williams will debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Chinaka Hodge will reportedly serve as the head writer on Ironheart, the Marvel Cinematic Universe Disney+ series centred on Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne) who designs the most advanced suit of armour since Iron Man/ Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.).

Secret Invasion, Ironheart, Armor Wars, and I Am Groot Marvel series are coming to Disney+ and Disney+ Hotstar. And we have trailers for Loki, Ms. Marvel, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Marvel’s What If...?, and WandaVision. New cast members announced for Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye, and She-Hulk.

Many fans, however, have issues with Mr Bendis writing the new comic book. They wish Marvel hired a black woman, instead of a white man, to write the story
