This is not the first time that cops have got their hands on alleged terrorist Riyaz Ali Sheikh alias Rehan who was arrested by the Maharashtra Anti-Terror Squad on Saturday.

Following the arrest of Abdul Latif alias Guddu and Riyaz Ali alias Rehan, investigations by the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) indicate that a plan to blow up several targets in Mumbai was masterminded by the fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim.
