A Right to Information (RTI) activist was shot and seriously wounded on Friday by some assailants in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district, police said.RTI activist Razi Hasan was battling for life at a hospital in Muzaffarpur, about 70 km from Patna. "It was a murderous attack on him," a police official said.
