Ruchika Girhotra's family has reportedly withdrawn charges against former Deputy General of Police (DGP) of Haryana SPS Rathore. They have told the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that they have no objection to closing of the case. The CBI had filed a closure report in the case around 20 months back.
