Five Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists including an assistant professor at the Kashmir University were killed in an encounter that began this morning in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian. Saddam Padder, a top Hizbul terrorist was also killed.

The body of 14-year-old Saddam Mohammad Sheikh was found hanging from a tree close to his house in Bhandup (West) on Monday. Cops say the boy, who is a student of Std VII, is suspected to have committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree.
