The prosecution in the 2002 hit-and-run case, in which Bollywood actor Salman Khan was convicted, could not establish conclusively that he had tested positive for alcohol and the records in this regard were suspect, his lawyer today told the Bombay High Court.

Advocate Amit Desai, Mr Khan's lawyer, argued before the Bombay High Court that the prosecution did not ask Amin Kasam Shaikh, an eye-witness, about who was driving the car when the accident took place.
