In the Trinamool Congress-BJP battle for control over civic bodies in West Bengal, the Calcutta High Court today ruled out a no-trust vote tomorrow against the mayor of the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation as the notice by TMC councillors was "bad in law". Bidhannagar is also called the Salt Lake Municipal Corporation.
