The Supreme Court will not interfere in the ongoing investigation, a bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said while dismissing a plea challenging the arrest of former IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt in a 22-year-old case. He could approach an "appropriate forum" for relief, the bench added.
