Drug firm Sanofi India has sold its commercial property, land and a building known as 'Aventis House' in Mumbai, for Rs 111 crore.

With the drug price control order (DPCO) coverage extending to almost 40 per cent of the industry, profitability in the domestic business of pharma companies is likely to come under pressure, according to rating agency Icra.
