On Tuesday, the first promo of Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai was released on Hotstar's Facebook page. In the two-minute promo, the entire cast of the show can be seen arguing over the title of the second season

Cue in the collective yays and whoopies - Indian television's coolest sitcom is coming back after 11 years as a web series soon. The cast recently did a Facebook Live video from their new set and it's apparent from the video that the Sarabhais are well and truly back. Well, almost.

"Each character in the family is replete with their own distinct quirks, and trust me when I say that each of these characters is based on real people in my extended family," said writer Aatish Kapadia

"I don't know what's the status on that. I can't give a clear answer but I can certainly say that I hope it comes back. It was great fun and I had a wonderful time doing it. I am only too happy to do it again," Ratna Pathak said Sarabhai vs Sarabhai
