Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan has said that an ordinance will be brought in if the Supreme Court does not modify the dilution of the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. "The Supreme Court order has diluted key provisions of the Act and that is not right," he said.
