Rahul Gandhi today attacked the Centre and the Kejriwal government in Delhi over the razing of a slum cluster by Railways where a baby died, as he visited the site in Shakur Basti area of West Delhi and assured the homeless that he will fight their "battle".

With Delhi government sparring with the Railways over demolition of a slum in the national capital, the Aam Aadmi Party will raise the issue in both the Houses of Parliament, along with the JD(U) and TMC.

Enraged over a demolition drive that allegedly lead to the death of a 6-month-old infant, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said he has sought a meeting with Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu over the issue.
