The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has given former Uttar Pradesh minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya a clean chit in the murder case of Kunda Deputy Superintendent of Police Zia-ul-Haque. Along with the supplementary chargesheet, the CBI today filed a "technical" closure report in a Lucknow court.
