Padma Shri Dipa Karmakar, Olympic medalist Sakshi Malik and actor Alia Bhatt have made it to the Forbes' list of super achievers from Asia under the age of 30 who are "pushing boundaries of innovation". Over 50 Indians feature on this list. In its second year, the Forbes '30 Under 30' Asia list features 300 impressive young entrepreneurs.

Para-swimmer Sharath Gayakwad scripted history at the Asian Para-Games in Incheon, Korea by winning six medals to go past sprint legend P.T. Usha's record of most medals by an Indian in a multi-discipline event.

Sharath began his campaign by winning a silver medal in the 200m Individual Medley event. He followed it up by winning bronze medals in 100m butterfly, 100m breaststroke, 100m backstroke, and the 50m freestyle.

At the event, World Record holder, Ukranian Andriy Kalyna won the gold medal after clocking a speed of 1:07.05 minutes. Austrian Andreas Onea won silver and Krzysztof Paterka from Poland settled for the bronze. Their timings were 1:12.99 minutes and 1:14.56 minutes respectively.
