There was slogan-shouting, overturned chairs and utter chaos at a programme attended by Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today. The Chief Minister described it as a -stampede- triggered when a woman had fainted. But the delegates, who were raising separatist slogans, said their protest was targeted at the Chief Minister.
