Jailed gangster Tillu Tajpuriya was killed in an attack by the rival gang members inside a Delhi prison today, officials have said.

The Delhi Police's Special Cell has arrested a member of Neeraj Bawana gang who was wanted in planning and execution of Jitender Gogi's murder at Delhi's Rohini Court, officials said on Thursday.

The main conspirator of the shootout in Rohini Court, wherein gangster Jitender Gogi was killed, has been arrested after a brief exchange of fire from north Delhi's Narela Industrial area, police said on Wednesday.

The two men who shot dead a gangster during a court hearing in Delhi this September were trained for a month in the mannerisms of lawyers, a probe into the incident has revealed.

Delhi High Court directed Delhi Police Commissioner to undertake periodical review of security arrangements in courts, based on security audit by an expert team, for deploying requisite number of personnel and installation of gadgets.

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday said it will pass directions to ensure safety and security in courts which will remain in force till April 18.

The aide of gangster Jitender Gogi, gunned down in Delhi's Rohini court complex in September, has moved court seeking "very high-risk security" and increase in guard when travelling from jail to the court premises.
