A 40-year-old Sikh man, abducted over a month ago by a militant group in Pakistan's restive tribal region for allegedly spying for a rival outfit, has been found beheaded.

Two Sikhs, abducted by Taliban, have been rescued by security forces in the restive Khyber tribal region in northwest Pakistan, a week after two members of the community were beheaded by the militants.

Terming the beheading of a Sikh in Pakistan as a matter of "deep and serious concern", the Government on Wednesday said the issue was being taken up appropriately with the Pakistani side.
