Dornier Aircraft Search Continues, Ship Begins Profiling Sea Floor

The search for the missing Coast Guard Dornier aircraft and its three member crew continued for the seventh consecutive day today with the involvement of multiple government agencies, even as an NIOT research vessel began work to profile sea-bed to zero in on the location of the disappeared plane.

Another Indian Air Force plane brought 237 Indians back to New Delhi from Kathmandu this afternoon, taking the number of passengers evacuated to 783 from earthquake-hit Nepal since the first plane landed late Saturday night.
