The Falcon and the Winter Soldier review: Sam Wilson’s (Anthony Mackie) journey to becoming Captain America was a tad too predictable, while Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) barely had an arc. It also failed Zemo (Daniel Brühl) and the Flag Smashers. It was at its best in tiny moments, be it a brutal murder, or Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ cameo.
