Authorities say a small plane has crash-landed in a business district in Southern California's San Fernando Valley, striking two cars and injuring the two people on board.
Nobody on the ground was hurt. Los Angeles Police Officer Norma Eisenman says the plane went down just before noon Saturday in the Pacoima area, not far from Whiteman Airport.
