Apple's AirTag was introduced in 2021. The AirTag 2 is expected to launch in 2025. It is said to come with several improvements over the existing version. A recent newsletter suggests that the AirTag 2 is expected to pack a new ultrawide-band chip, similar to the one found in the iPhone 15.
