A 9-foot-long Cobra was recently rescued by forest officers from a home in Karnataka's Agumbe. A short video, shared by field director Ajay Giri, showed members of ARRS rescuing the snake which sought refuge inside a bed box kept atop an attic.

The incident happened when the woman went into her bedroom to change the sheets and found a venomous snake emerging from beneath the blankets.
