Snowfall update: Fresh snowfall in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir brought brought cheer to tourists but also blocked roads in upper Shimla on Monday. The higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh are witnessing heavy snowfall. It was a complete whiteout in Shimla, where snow-clearing operation is underway, the police said.
