Sonali Phogat Murder Claim

The two men accused of rape and murder of BJP leader Sonali Phogat were arrested late this evening -- hours after the postmortem report revealed multiple bruises on her body. Her family claimed she was raped and killed by her employee and his friend.

A murder case has been registered in the death of BJP leader Sonali Phogat, who was found dead in Goa. Her brother Rinku Dhaka had claimed she was murdered by two of her associates, who were travelling with her to Goa.

Ms Phogat, the BJP leader from Hisar in Haryana who had found fame on Tik Tok, was "brought dead" at the St Anthony Hospital at Anjuna in North Goa on Tuesday morning, a police official earlier said, adding that she died of a suspected heart attack.
