The Supreme Court has asked handset maker Samsung Electronics' Chairman Lee Kun-hee to surrender in a $1.4 million (or Rs 84 lakh at 1 dollar=60 rupee) cheating case. Mr Kun-hee, a South Korean billionaire, has to surrender before the Ghaziabad court within six weeks, the top court has ruled.
