A massive landslide hit the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Ramban district in the wee hours of Saturday, leading to suspension of traffic on the only road linking Kashmir with rest of the country, officials said.

The Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, the only all-weather road linking the Kashmir Valley with the rest of the country, was re-opened for one-way traffic on Tuesday after remaining closed for a week due to heavy snowfall and incessant rains in the region, officials said.
