Karan Johar had recently revealed that Tiger will star in the sequel to his hit 2012 college drama Student of the Year which will be directed by Punit Malhotra.

"He (Tiger) has been offered Student Of The Year 2. He is yet to hear the final narration post which he will most likely sign the film. He is quite excited about it (sequel) as it's a Karan Johar-film," sources said
