Students Drown In Kerala River

Three students from Delhi's famous St Stephen's College, who were on a holiday trip to Kerala, have drowned in the Periyar River in Ernakulam district. A local resort owner who was with them drowned as well.

Four students, all hailing from Kerala and pursuing their engineering courses in Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT), Mangalore, were feared drowned after being swept away by strong currents in Nethravathi river near Innoli Dharmanagar on Sunday evening.
