Sixty students fall ill after mid-day meal

Sixty students at a private school near Srivilliputhur were hospitalised with complaints of vomitting and diarrhoea after allegedly eating food served under the Noon Meal scheme, officials said today. Officials said a dead lizard had led to contamination of the food served at the school on Monday.
