Scores of foreign students have alleged that they were treated badly by the Ukranian authorities as they queued up with the crowds trying to escape Russia's invasion.

An university student has been arrested on attempt to murder charges after he allegedly pointed a pistol at another student over an old tiff, police said.

The AR-15 rifle police say Nikolas Cruz used to kill 17 people at his former high school on Wednesday was his legally. He bought it about a year ago, when he was 18, at which point Florida law allowed him to buy a long gun like the AR-15.
