A couple allegedly committed suicide by hanging themselves after killing their four-year-old daughter in Maharashtra's Thane district, police said on Monday.

A doctor posted in a primary health centre in Madhya Pradesh allegedly hanged himself in his house early on Thursday after sending a "suicide note" on a messaging app, the police said.

Upset with the strained relationship of his parents, a 13-year-old boy committed suicide in Delhi by hanging himself from a ceiling fan and left a note on mobile messaging app WhatsApp, police said on Wednesday.
