Preparations are on at hospitals across Delhi as the second phase of the coronavirus vaccination drive in the country will begin March 1, with priority given to people over 60 and those over 45 with co-morbidities. As Delhi's air quality entered the red zone today with the number of farm fires increasing by four times over last year's, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia attacked the central government saying all of north India would have to pay for its "inaction on the issue of air pollution".
