In 2012, Ajay Devgn's Son of Sardaar released on the same day as Shah Rukh Khan's Jab Tak Hai Jaan and the latter went on to become a hit. Meanwhile, Raees avoided a clash with Salman Khan's Sultan, which is backed by Yash Raj Films. Both Raaes and Sultan were slated to release on Eid

"Kya baat hai. Haryana ka Sher aa gaya. Sultan Bhaijaan," Shah Rukh tweeted along with the link of Sultan teaser shared by Salman Khan. Sultan, which is releasing on Eid may have a box office clash with Shah Rukh Khan's Raees
