A radioactive leak from a medical consignment that arrived on a Turkish Airlines plane from Istanbul, was detected in the cargo area of the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi this morning. Home Minister Rajnath Singh said the leak has been "contained."

The Bill says 75 per cent of the rural population and 50 per cent of the poor in urban India - about 800 million people - will be entitled to five kilos of subsidised grain per month.
