Super Hercules 130j

The C-130J Super Hercules transport aircraft, a squadron of which has been set up here, has the capability to play an important role in case of a military conflict, Air Vice Marshal Vikram Singh said here today.

One of India's biggest defence cargo planes landed on the tiny runway at the Juhu Airport in Mumbai this morning.

India has rushed a team of IAF officials along with recovery kit by a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft to Kathmandu to help in operations to clear the runway after a Turkish plane had a crash landing there.
