An Uttar Pradesh cabinet minister who arrived at a function in Ghaziabad in a vehicle with tinted glasses on Monday said that the Supreme Court's order on banning black films in cars is applicable for "criminals" and not for "decent" men.

An upset Supreme Court today pulled up the Centre for not implementing its orders on banning the use of tinted glass on vehicles. The top court also slammed the authorities for only targeting the middle class and sparing the elite class from removing the black tints from their car windows.
