• Rajiv Takru is new financial services secretary

  Senior IAS officer Rajiv Takru today took charge as secretary in the department of financial services, replacing D K Mittal who retired yesterday. A 1979-batch Gujarat cadre IAS officer, Mr Takru was previously chief executive of Prasar Bharti.
