Prime Minister Narendra Modi Saturday said the Rs 13,000 crore-project to revive the Talcher fertiliser plant will for the first time see coal being converted into gas for use as feedstock and for producing neem-coated urea.

State-owned Coal India, gas utility GAIL and fertiliser majors RCF and FCIL will form a joint venture for revival of Talcher urea plant in Odisha, Parliament was informed on Monday.
