DLF sells wind turbine projects for Rs 241 crore

While the company has sold the 34.5 megawatt (MW) wind mill project in Tamil Nadu to Tulip Renewable Powertech for Rs 188.7 crore, the 33MW wind mill project in Rajasthan has been sold to Violet Green Power for Rs 52.2 crore.

Tamil Nadu utility restrained from cutting power to wind mills

In a major relief to members of the Tamil Nadu Spinning Mills Association (TASMA), the Madras High Court has restrained Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd (TANGEDCO) not to resort to load shedding for those having dedicated feeder lines and wind mills.
