Teens Drown In Pond

A man allegedly drowned his 10-year-old son in a pond and later committed suicide in Rajasthan's Bikaner district, police said on Saturday.

Four children drowned while two others were seriously injured during the immersion of a Ganesh idol in a pond in Madhya Pradesh's Datia district, police said on Wednesday.

Two teenagers drowned while bathing in a pond at a village in Madhya Pradesh's Tikamgarh district, police said on Monday. The incident took place at Acharra village, around 48 km from the district headquarters.

Seven children drowned while bathing in ponds in two separate incidents in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, the police said today.
