Tesla Reportedly Ordered by German Court to Reimburse Customer for Autopilot Issues

Tesla has been reportedly ordered by a Munich court to payback a customer around EUR 112,000 (roughly Rs. 90,00,000) spent by her on a Model X SUV which later faced issues with the Autopilot function. A technical report suggested that the vehicle did not reliably recognise obstacles and would at times activate the brakes unnecessarily.
