Three People Die By Suicide

Harassed by the bank officials and other people owing a debt of Rs 60 lakh, three members of a family, including a girl aged seven died by suicide in Bikaner on Tuesday.

Arriving officers found five people with gunshot wounds, a man, an older woman, and three children.

A couple allegedly died by suicide by jumping before a moving train in Bundi district, hours after the woman's father allegedly hanged himself, police said on Wednesday.

Three people died by suicide in HSR Layout (Hosur-Sarjapur Road) early Friday Morning, said CK Baba, Deputy Commissioner of Police South-East division, Bengaluru City Police.

An 18-year-old girl from Chhattisgarh was sold seven times in seven months to people in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh last year before she died by suicide in September, the police said. Eight men have been arrested in the case, which is being investigated by the police of three states -- Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
