Author and former Bollywood actor Twinkle Khanna is being slammed on social media for making a tongue-in-cheek remark about the film "The Kashmir Files" in her Sunday column for a leading daily.

Kiku tweeted a picture of himself "Enjoying a peaceful Chinese meal with no monosodium glutamate" - as Twinkle wrote he should in a column titled "When the Love Charger ran out of battery."

"I am a fairly assertive woman, and married to a man who onscreen punches holes in walls with his bare fists and yet I haven't been spared, so I shudder to think about what happens to the vast majority of working women," said Twinkle Khanna
