India-COVID Assessment and Response Dashboard or I-CARD, by researchers from Azim Premji University, IIM-Ahmedabad, TISS and others, presents data of over 150 blocks from across seven Indian states, highlighting the impact of the coronavirus outbreak on different “vulnerable groups”.

Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Krishan Pal Gurjar on Saturday said the Centre has decided to issue universal identification cards for physically handicapped people across the country.

Delhi University students will be able to avail discounts on major national and international brands, study material, food and apparel by showing a special student I-card provided to them.
